Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) are structures manufactured using standardized components that are assembled at the project site. Our PEB segment manufactures and supplies key roofing and structural components, including colour-coated roofing sheets, decking sheets, C & Z purlins, gutters, ridges, transparent sheets, and ventilation solutions. Products are supplied as per customer and project requirements, with flexibility in dimensions, lengths, thicknesses, profiles, and raw material selection. Our manufacturing setup includes three types of roll-forming machines, enabling us to manufacture products as per required specifications.
- Colour-Coated Roofing Sheets: Profiled PPGL sheets used for industrial and commercial roofing, manufactured in various thicknesses and lengths as per customer requirements. We also provide gutters, ridges, transparent sheets, and ventilation solutions.
- Decking Sheets: Profiled galvanized sheets used as structural components in floor-decking systems, providing a base for concrete flooring and also used in solar structures. Manufactured in required lengths and specifications.
- C & Z Purlins: Cold-formed structural members used to support roofing and wall cladding in PEB structures. We manufacture C and Z purlins in different profiles, lengths, and specifications as per project requirements.
Our Automotive Components segment manufactures sheet metal components for various vehicle applications, including structural, mounting, supporting, and fastening requirements. We manufacture components based on customer-specific development drawings, designs, dimensions, material specifications, and technical requirements. Our product range includes clamps, brackets, mounting components, supports, and other customized components.
- Clamps: Components used to hold, secure, and support vehicle parts and assemblies, including leaf spring applications. Manufactured as per customer drawings and specifications.
- Brackets: Components used to support, mount, position, and secure various vehicle parts. Manufactured in different designs, dimensions, materials, and thicknesses as required.
- Mounting Components: Components used to secure and position various vehicle assemblies, manufactured according to customer-specific designs, dimensions, materials, thicknesses, and technical specifications.
Our Solar Mounting Components segment manufactures renewable energy components used in solar panel mounting systems. Our product range includes solar mounting structures, C & Z purlins, base plates, and other mounting components. We manufacture these components as per customer drawings, project requirements, and technical specifications, with flexibility in design, dimensions, material, thickness, hole patterns, profiles, and other required parameters.
